Critical Self-Reflection

The advert that I have made will be advertising Razer gaming equipment. Specifically a Razer gaming mouse. The advert will be playing around on the gratification of diversion and starts off with a man buying a bad office mouse in a computer store and later on switching into the product that is being advertised. Advert analysis #3 - Elden Ring

Image
This is an advertisement for Elden Ring, a video game, that was released by the Japanese video game company called From Software. The product is an action role-playing game that has really realistic graphics and was really anticipated for a long period of time. The goal of the advert is to show the audience that the game offers best up to date graphics and a new fantasy open world setting with creepy yet compelling aesthetics never seen before. The game has also been really anticipated by the target audience due to the fact that From Software is famous for making video games that are extremely challenging in difficulty.  Media Language The advert for the Elden Ring video game adheres the genre conventions by showcasing their game through a normal gameplay trailer with a short narrative in the background like any other video game in the same genre. The media language is influenced by the products target audience because it uses a narrative that is attractive to gamers. The advert also
